Getting Started
How do I create an account?+
Download the FindYourNikkah app or visit findyournikkah.com, then click "Register". Follow the 6-step registration process, verify your email, and complete your profile.
How does matching work?+
FindYourNikkah uses your profile details and preferences to suggest compatible matches. When two people like each other, it creates a mutual match and you can start chatting.
Is FindYourNikkah free?+
FindYourNikkah offers a free plan with basic features. Premium unlocks unlimited likes, the ability to see who liked you, super likes, advanced filters, and more.
Profile & Photos
How do I edit my profile?+
Go to My Profile and tap "Edit Profile". You can update your info across 5 tabs: Basic Info, Islamic Profile, Lifestyle, Preferences, and Photos.
What are private photos?+
You can set photos as "private". Other members must send a photo access request which you can approve or deny. This gives you control over who sees your photos.
How do I get verified?+
Go to Settings > Identity Verification. Upload a government-issued ID (front and back) plus a selfie. Our team reviews submissions within 24-48 hours.
Matching & Chat
What is a Super Like?+
A Super Like tells someone you are especially interested. Free users get 1 per week, Premium users get 5 per day. Super Likes are shown with a gold star badge.
Can I undo a pass?+
Only Premium members can undo their last pass. Free users cannot undo passes, so swipe carefully!
How do I unmatch someone?+
Go to your Matches, tap the three-dot menu on the match, and select "Unmatch". This will remove the match and delete the conversation.
Premium & Billing
How much does Premium cost?+
FindYourNikkah Premium is available as Monthly ($9.99), Quarterly ($26.99, save 10%), or Annual ($89.99, save 25%).
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings > Subscription Management. You keep access until the end of your billing period.
How do I get a refund?+
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first Premium subscription. Contact support with your payment details to request a refund.
Privacy & Safety
Who can see my profile?+
By default, all FindYourNikkah members can see your profile. You can change this to "Matches Only" or "Hidden" in Settings > Privacy Settings.
How do I report someone?+
On any profile, tap the three-dot menu and select "Report Profile". Choose a reason and provide details. Our moderation team reviews all reports.
How do I block someone?+
Tap the three-dot menu on a profile or chat and select "Block". Blocked users cannot see your profile, send you messages, or interact with you.
