By creating an account or using FindYourNikkah ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. FindYourNikkah reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
You must be at least 18 years old to use FindYourNikkah. By using the Platform, you represent that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction. FindYourNikkah is designed for individuals seeking halal, marriage-oriented relationships. Use of the Platform for any other purpose is prohibited.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration. Creating multiple accounts, impersonating others, or providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.
Users must conduct themselves respectfully and in accordance with Islamic values of decency. Prohibited behavior includes: harassment, hate speech, sharing inappropriate or explicit content, scamming, spamming, soliciting money, promoting products or services, and any form of discrimination. Violations may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent bans.
You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, text, etc.). By uploading content, you grant FindYourNikkah a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content within the Platform. You must not upload copyrighted material, explicit content, or content that violates the rights of others.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using FindYourNikkah, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy, including the processing of your personal data for matchmaking purposes.
FindYourNikkah offers photo privacy controls allowing users to set photos as private. Access to private photos requires explicit approval from the photo owner. Unauthorized sharing, downloading, or distribution of other users' photos is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
FindYourNikkah offers optional identity verification. While we strive to verify identities accurately, we cannot guarantee the identity of any user. Verification indicates that a user has submitted valid identification documents, not that they are suitable as a marriage partner.
FindYourNikkah reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Users may delete their accounts at any time through Settings. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed in accordance with our data retention policy and applicable regulations (GDPR, NDPR).
FindYourNikkah is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform, interactions with other users, or decisions made based on information on the Platform. Users are responsible for their own safety when meeting matches in person.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of FindYourNikkah shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
